Ole!

I forgot to post this, but last weekend, me, Angel and Pranamita went to Shinjuku to visit Kinokuniya! After which, we went to eat at a Mexican restaurant! (I know! Eating in a Mexican restaurant in Japan is weird!) I ordered a set meal! But the clincher for it is that chips and salsa was EAT-ALL-YOU-CAN!!! Yes! Their salsa was deeeelish and the nachos were placed in a heated tray! Naturally I took advantage of the situation and ordered the cheapest meal. hehe!

Last Monday, Natsuka-san brought some sweets. The packaging was, as usual pretty. The sweet was made out of sugar cane! However it was not tooo sweet! It just literally melted in my mouth! Natsuka-san said that the sweet's history dated to the Edo period! Interesting!

On another note, we had Kanji and vocabulary test today! Got a 99/100 for Kanji (yay!) but stunk at vocabulary! I did well in the first test, but suffered in the second. (19/20 and 13/20)
I figured that something had to be sacrificed! oh well! I'll study harder!

How much was the Mexican meal and what was the name of the resto? Is it a franchise?

The latest sweets look nice, especially the container.

Congrats on your test results! Uh well...two of them. ^_~
