A very dessert-y Summer

Summer is here! I have a month with nothing to do! So here is my boring summer plans:

9:00 - 3:00 / 4:00 (depends on my disposition) I'll stay in the library to do research on my topic and proposal. I'm still having problems on what to write. Hanna and Siao mentioned that Nakano-sensei can actually give me a free hand with it, but that fact scares me!

4:00 - 5:30 / 6:00 Cook, eat dinner and the like

6:00 - 9:00 study Japanese, at least 20 kanji or more and re-read the grammar

Things I am looking forward to:

Tokyo Comic Market - 11 August - 13 August (Planning only to go one day since it is far.

Tokyo Game Show: 22 September - 24 September (Goodies!!!)

Anyway, the first picture is a Naruto Ramen to celebrate the launching of a new Naruto movie. Much that I would want to watch it, the thought of paying Y1300 for a movie when I can watch a pirated version for less makes me a bit sick.

The second picture was suggested by Ker Wee. This is probably the most expensive stamp I had ever bought! Me, Ker Wee and Nami went to get our re-entry permits (which is required when we leave Japan). We all decided to get the multi-entry one since it is cheaper and more convenient. In order to pay for it, we had to buy a stamp costing that amount. hehe!

The next pictures are the latest desserts from Natsuka-san. This is a green tea agar dessert. It has a red bean filling. The texture is a bit sticky but nice. Not at all sweet. yum yum!

The next two pictures is the latest campaign of Mini Stop here (Ditch and Johann). For the Summer they are selling Haro-haro which according to their website comes from the Philippines (yay!) But what makes it funny it that historically, we got Halo halo from Japanese migrants to the Philippines (although I'm not really sure). Here is their link:

Their flavors were weird, so I chose the weirdest one, the green one. hehe! Although I forgot the name! dang!

On a very belated delight, Toad sent this link to me a looong time ago! Me wants to watch! waaah!

This one I just found online. Curious, plus some interesting artists did work on this:
