And the winner is.....Me!!! Yay!

Last Friday, Me and Angel (with his Bulgarian Friends), went to Big Camera. He wanted to buy an iPod and I decided to buy a printer. Big Camera had a promotion that day. The 100th person who buys in particular cashiers get their items for free (as long as it is less that 10万yen). What did I win? No, not the printer (Although I wish it was). I was in the fitness section, to buy myself a mat. I quickly picked a cheap mat (dang) went to the cash register, and boom! Bells were ringing and I ended up getting a 980 Yen mat for free. Prior to this, I was eyeing a jogging jacket (since Fall is coming) but waffled and returned it! ding dang dong! haha! Anyway, this is my new printer. It is the Brother MyMio 115C. It is an inkjet, scanner with slots for SD, MMC and Memory Stick (duo). Total cost is 7800Yen, but I get 1000 points back for my Big Camera Card (which I can spend in any item in Big Camera), hence technically, I just paid 6800 Yen for it! yay! The problem was the drivers, since the guys said that it won't be compatible with an english OS. Not wanting to ignore a HUGE bargain, I emailed both Brother Philippines and Brother Singapore, since english drivers are available online. As usual, the Philippine branch was totally unrealiable (they didn't respond). The Singapore branch, made an inquiry with Japan and replied to me 3 days later!!! So now I have a new printer! yay!

Katya has been asking for picture of my bike. So here it is. It didn't look cool, but it works. haha! Nami, Diaby and I ate at the vegetarian restaurant near our dorm. I ordered the vegetarian Shanghai noodle. And this is what it looks like. I would want to go here often, but sometimes their food is a bit too oily for my liking! oh well!

First day of class was Ker Wee's birthday, and we went to the Italian/Curry Restaurant in Kunitachi. Their servings are HUGE. Angel's carbonara...check it out!!! Like WOW! I ordered the Eggplant pilaf! Lastly, we have 2 new classmates from England. Katheryn (not sure about the spelling) and Kirin (also not sure about the spelling). For Tuesday's lunch, we ate at Bamiya (the Chinese restaurant near school) and I ordered Mapo Doufu. It had 3 辛い (spicy) signs with the name, but unfortunately, what is spicy to the Japanese, didn't really feel spicy to me! Oh well!

Congrats! ^_^

So the printer is approximately P2,800.00? Nice features! Mama's HP in Iloilo cost a little less, and is barebones, although it prints devilishly fast. ^_^

Resourceful of you to ask Brother first, to resolve the driver thing. ^_^

hehe...I think I saw similar bikes in j-doramas and musicals. ^^

The carbonara...omg. @_@ And typical of you to order eggplant. LOL
